Terrence Patrick O'Brien is a Professor of Ophthalmology and holder of the Charlotte Breyer Rodgers Distinguished Chair in Ophthalmology at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute of the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine.  He is Director of the Cornea and Refractive Eye Surgery services at the campus of the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in the Palm Beaches. Dr. O'Brien is an internationally recognized expert in corneal, anterior segment and refractive eye surgery, as well as in ocular infectious diseases.
